Deana Lancaster, CVPM, is a veterinary practice consultant and certified in Meyers-Briggs. She is available to help with a wide range of management and communication issues. She specializes in the veterinary management field but is also available for Meyers-Briggs validation and training in any industry. She is certified to administer, score and validate the MBTI. She will also lead learning sessions on understanding your Meyers-Briggs type and the types of your co-workers. She is available to lead your company through advanced sessions on using Meyers-Briggs results for enhanced communication, selling to customers and many other areas.

Deana has the background and experience to find solutions for the problems that plague even the best-run veterinary hospitals. She uses a number of tools and techniques that have been derived through her experiences in a wide variety of veterinary practices. She understands that every practice is unique and that there is no one-size- fits-all solution for problems.
